Flowmaster 40 series with dual exit, Removed secondary air filter

hey, i really love these rims, they are a 20x8.5, offset of +40 and 6.288 backspacing. Big o Tires told me that the backspacing wont matter, is this accurate? will these fit on an '05 prerunner 2wd?
