What do ya think about these wheels?

I've been thinking about wheels since I bought my black single cab 4x 4 09' in March. Love the truck..but gotta get some good looking wheels to go with it. How do you guys like these wheels? I dont know much about them besides them catching my eye and they were a great price at customwheeldirest.com. Also.. the specs are
wheel size 16x8, wheel pcd 06x139.7, center bore 107.95, offset - 06 backside 4.26".

I do not know much about wheel sizing and backspacing and so forth. Will this wheel work with my truck. Thanks for the help.

 

They are pretty bling bling, but they look pretty good. Would look pretty nice on a black truck.
