31 inch tire on steel wheels 15x6??????

i have a 96 base 4x4 taco with stock 15x6 steel gray wheels. not deep offset but almost flat face. my question is will 31x10.5 tirs clear or will they hit mounted on these steel wheels against suspension components. i do know however that on stock 15x7 alloys they will clear.

They should I'm running 31X10.5 on my 01 prerunner Goodyear Forteras
