Revo vs. BF AT

I'm debating between the two, I've had BFG on my trucks for as long as I can remember. The $100 visa card is looking great, and I could stand to save a few bucks. I know guys love the Revo, but to me they don't look too aggressive.

I'd really like to have some pics of the Revo's mounted on a Tacoma. Thanks!

BFG's fo shizzle!

 

I run BFG on my taco, and my boss just recently bought a set of Revo's for his full size. I can notice that the Revo's ride nicer, but I am still partial to my BFG's. The Revo's just look like an oversized street tire to me, BFG still makes a mean and agressive tire.

 

265/75/16 on 16x8 wheels.

 

Because looks are everything. Never mind that the Revo rides quieter on the road and doesn't plenty well off-road.

(I found a cheap set of Nitto TGs or I would be on Revos right now)

 

Looks aren't everything. But I loved the BFG's and all I've heard of the Revos are good things. The BFG's are like $800, and they look aggressive. If I'm going to spend that much on tires, they should look how I'd like them to look.

So, any more pics of Revos installed??

 

anyone have experience with the revos in the snow? how did they perform?

 

I have Revo's. they worked great but I am switching to BFG A/T. the BRG's run better in snow and sand and rocks i feel.

They do amazing in the snow. i live in colorado and drive TONS in the winter throught many of the mountains and the BFG's never get stuck thus far. knock on wood

 

The BFG AT's are great in the snow, but suck in the mud!

 

you'll get better tread life with the BFGs and you will get way better traction offroad with the BFGs as well. They have stood the test of time again and again. If it ain't broke.................

 

i just ordered a set of revo at 2's off tirerack for cheaper than anyone in town could get them for, and being an automotive student, i can install them myself...

the visa card is a great deal too

 

BFG I guess it's gonna be. Everyone raves about the Revo, but I see few, if any pics of them on people's trucks.

 

Just bought the Bridgestone AT Revo 2's today.265/75/16. I wanted a little bigger tire for my truck. Hopefully it won't kill the mpg too much. I couldn't pass up the $100 gift card, good reviews, and cheap price. They, of course, are backordered but I'll post up some thoughts and pics as soon as they get mounted if anyone is interested. I really wanted the BFG AT's but they were just too friggin' expensive for my budget.

 

I just ordered a set as well, 265/70/16 and I LOVE THEM TO DEATH!!! they are so much better than the bfg long trail t/a's i had... so much more control, handling and a softer ride too

I agree, I've had them on my past 3 vehicles. Since everyone pushes the Revo so hard on here, I figured more people had them, and would chime in. Oh well, tried and true BFG it will be.
