17 inch cragar soft 8s will they fit?

    BHLM, HID kit, yellow fogs, Grill craft, Hellas behind grillcraft, LED cup holder mod, after market horn, extra reverse lights, under body glow for off roading at night, pro comp 7089's wrapped in 255/75/17 bfg mud terrains, Toytec coiovers sat at 3.25, 2" add a leaf with 5100's, Satoshi grill mod
    so i want some 17x8, 4.5 BS, 0 offset cragar soft 8s for the 2557517 bfg mud terrains i just bought. I have a 2007 regular cab. I read somewhere that the you have to do some modifying in order to fit the 17" cragar soft 8s. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help mike

    well if no one has these on a second generation, does anyone know a cheap black rim that will def fit a 2nd generation tacoma?

    i already did but i need 17 inch rims. i didnt want 17s but i got such a good deal on some bfg mud terrain 255/75/17 (32x10) for $450 shipped to my door i had to buy them. So now i have the tire but need some 17" rims.

    sell them then get some 16" mt's

    I have heard spacers are needed. I think others have shaved the calipers to make them fit. Try doing a few searches with the search function and you should turn up something.

    i thought the calipers only get in the way with some 16" rims. And what if i get the right backspacing will i then need spacers?
