Looking to put new tires on my 07 TRD Sport. The stock tires are 265/65/17. What's the biggest A/T tire I can run without any mods? Also going to be putting new wheels on, looking to go wider to a 8.5 or 9 inch wheel. Any problems I need to aware of with a wider wheel? Thanks in advance.

    A 265/70/17 or a 265/75/16, depending on what size wheel you use/have

I have 265/75/17 on my 06 TRD sport stock rims. no rubbing issues. 275/285 had rub issues unless u get a 2" level kit u may go w/ 275 or 285 with no issues.

Is the rubbing only when you get the steering wheel turned all the way (full Lock)?

Silver... your truck is a 2010 4x4 DC correct? If so, it'll handle the 265's without issue.

if you are putting wheels on it later make sure you get a 4.25" or greater back spacing when putting bigger or wider wheels on...

Hey guys im new to the site. I just recently made a username and joined, but, I have followed TW for a while now. Man I just wanna say that ya'll really know ya'lls stuff! Everyone seems super nice and really helpful. Just a all around awesome site. Well here is my question... Last summer (09) I bought my 07 double cab SR5 and been wanting to put some tires on it. Well, I read above where Silver 10 asked the same question but I didnt know if there was a difference cause mine was a 07 and his is 10.
