275/70/17s stock UCA and rims will they rub the UCA without spacers? If not what tires clear. Someone already told me the Wrangler MT 275/70/17s will clear the stock UCAs without spacers.

Any other tires ok? BFG? I know that's not a common size, but I'm leaning towards them so I don't have to buy spacers or new rims. Trimming with a 3 inch lift? I like the idea of running the front flaps with all the road salt and gravel they throw down on the roads up here in the winter.

275/70/17 will work without spacers that is what i am going to put on my truck. i have talked to several people that have them. you will need to lift it though. i talked to one guy that has them with 1.75" of lift.

1.6" Eibach springs, 5100 billies set at 0.85, AALs rear. Toytech LR UCAs. 255 75 17 tires on the way.
I talked to the guy at the tire shop and he told me that 275 70 17 were not recommended on the stock 7.5" rim. Said I would need at least an 8" rime. But you have no issues? How long have you had these? This is the size I would prefer vs. going down to a 255-75-17, which is about 0.3 inches shorter. Is my tire guy full of it?
