    Oh Yeah!!!
Just ordered them today with Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's. Sweet Wheel!!! Saw them on http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/members/moraink.html. ride.

I had to get them ASAP. Glad his truck is not same color as mine.

I got the 16X8. Dude at 4 Wheel Parts store told me I should not go smaller rim, but I think it was more of him trying to make a buck cause the 17's are more expensive especially with tire set up.

Enjoy the new look, I know I will.

I ordered my Black DC-1 17x9 last Friday and should get them some time this week with Nitto Terra Grapplers (285/70/17). I'll post some pics when I get them installed.

Ya, moraink's rig got me hooked on the black DC-1's...his rig looks pretty sweet with those wheels on.

I preffer smaller rims anyways, not into the 20" craze.

    Keep us posted w/ pics!!!!!

I am looking seriously at those rims now. I will probably get the polished ones though. I do some 4 wheeling & when the black rims get scratched they look crappy.

DAMN!! Those rims look AWESOME!!! I have not seen any Indigo Blue Tacomas in PHX.

    Very Sharp.

Curious, why did you go with 17' over 16"?

I kind of wanted a bigger rim. I don't offroad very much, if at all, but just wanted an aggressive look. Also, at the time I ordered the rims, I wasn't sure if I was going to stick with stock sized tires or go up...I obviously went the latter route. Oh, and moraink had 17x9's and I really liked how they looked on his rig.

    Thanks for the compliment!:D

Looks great. How much do they stick out on sides? Mine are 285/75/16 on 16x8's and they stick out nicely. Yours must look pretty damn aggressive. DC-1 Blacks are the shiznit...

I haven't gone out offroading yet, but my suspicion is that I may have to trim a bit more up front in the wheel well towards the bumper. I already trimmed the well - took off that square looking thing. I rub a bit on the front mud flaps on tight turns, so I'm debating if I should take those off, trim them, or just leave them alone. As far as bouncing, no rubbing there. Again, the only rubbing I really get is on tight turns and rubbing on the flaps.

Mine are about the same. They stick out perfectly...the tire sticks out about 1.5 inches, but the actual tread is still within the fender flares. Ya, I love these rims, and I love the look of the truck now. I have to give moraink credit here because he helped me out on wheel selection and fitment.:D BTW, I love how they look on the Speedway Blue, roxspin!

hey guys what about 16x10 DCs? do u think they will fit with 285x70 tis rims have Backspace 4.52" offset -25mm . what will be the problem,i dont mind doing some grinding on the calipers and trimming the fender , some input:)
BTW im getting a full 3" toytec lift 1 1/2 block rear after TSB.

Hey renval, I think it may be better to get a 16x9. The offset looks fine, but I'm not sure about the offset at -25mm...that may be a problem. Personally, I wouldn't want to touch the calipers, but I'm a sissy when it comes to messing around with brake parts. The ToyTec ought to cover you pretty well, though.

I have the 17x9 with 4.53" backspace and -12mm offset. Part number is M/T979412. With the 285/70/17's, the tires stick out about 1.5 to 2 inches. The treads are still under the fender flares, but the treadwall are sticking out perfectly.:D
