285 and cab mounts

i just ordered spidertrax spacers and 285/75/16 on stock 16 inch trd rims will i have to get the cab mouont choped or will minor trimming work

 

minor trimming. i had to cut the cab mounts but i'm runnin 305's. you should clear the mounts fine with 285's.

You will likely still have minor rubbing on the cab mount with the 285's. On tight turns, backing up it will rub

 

Just got my Cab Mounts Chopped last week...i'm waiting for my tax return to get here so I can get my new tires But first I gotta install my Light Racing UCAs

It'll just rub a little inside the fenders...you can trim it no problem

 

This is a bit of a dumb question...but you have a lift right??

I have 285/70R17s with an almost 3 inch lift and I still rub on the cab mount a bit. Not horrible....but at full lock turns it hits just a bit.
