275/70/17 (32.2) or 275/65/17(31.1), can't decide a lil help to a newbie!?!

(2008 Access Cab 4x4 6spd) I know an inch usually makes a difference in the bedroom which I couldn't stand to loose cause of me lacking on length but making it up in gurth. I want to keep the ride as good as it already is. I just did a 2" leveling kit so I wanted to beef up the tires a little bit along with an alignment without killing the ride/power/weight...ext Whats yalls opinion? I appreciate all input and welcome any and all ball busting to begin. I have been using the search alot lately and decided on BFG A/T TKO (yes I know another taker) Super White is Super sweet

My 275/70's rub my front mud flaps when I make a sharp turn on a 3" lift fyi.

 

I wanted to take the mud flaps off anyway but it looks to be a tight fit behind the tire close to the upper control arm. I can barely fit my finger between the stock tire and the c/a. There's a nipple that might be in the way. Or I could just get different offset wheels but no looking to spend the $... thanks for the heads up on the mud flap issue
