    Yep...

I bought mine from Discount Tire for $159.00 b/c I made them match the 4wheel parts price... they originally quoted me $185.00

I mounted and blanced them myself...

All you have to do is call the national # for 4wheel parts, and they will quote you the $159.00 price... Then call your local tire shops and find one that will match the price...

I am shopping for new tires for my 08 Tacoma TRD, crew cab 4 X4, tow. I have 265/70/16s installed. No mods to the truck. I have been reading thru various threads and it appears that I can have 265/75/16s mounted? Anyone know? Also, looking at the Goodyear Duratrac and Kumho Road Venture KL-71.

I am leaning towards the Duratrac's. I have a few treads and some have said they are are to get. I am trying to go local and just have them mounted instead of online and then taking them to get mounted. I will know tomorrow.

I think somewhat might have mentioned this but you can buy the Duratracs on ebay and then get 8% cash back. Discounttire has an ebay store so you can get their low price plus 8% cash back through Bing.

This is the route I just went. Plus I am also going to do the treadlightly.org deal for another $75 discount.

    That makes my

    265/70/17s 4 @$207 $828
    Less 8% cash back ($66)
    Less Treadlightly rebate ($75)
    Total $171.75 a tire $687

I got to think that is the best way to go right now.

Yeah, not crazy about them. Didn't even go back to try one on when they called me. Unless somethin better comes up with 285/60/18 than the NTGs, I'll probably go back with another set. My near bald ones worked really great in the sand this weekend at Matagorda too. All the duratracs in 18 are E rated & just not thinking that'd be any good for my 4 cyl 2wd as far as power & mpg & ride quality.
