They look really nice. How are they on the highway for long trips? I'll probably consider these soon

just did a round trip from buffalo to niagara falls for work, hitting about 75 mph.
they ride nice and smooth, hold the road great. Just a great all around tire.

yea, played with it a few times.
I think you can only set them so low.
they may have like a 25psi limit or something.
im going to have dealer look at it next oil change.

I love these tires but I do have one gripe... They pick up small rocks like crazy. I feel like every other day im picking pebbles and such out from in between the tread blocks. Its freaked me out once or twice because It was making a clicking sound from a rock in the tire. small problem and other than that they kick ass

Unless you run a MT w/o siping, tires with siping will always pick up gravel and small rocks...

ANybody have Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's before duratracs? I'm tired of the road noise from the Micky's and considering going with these.

Got the Duras 4 days ago and flat dead love them. Since I can't hear as well as I used to, they don't make a sound that I can distinquish, and they purr like a kitten by the fireplace in snow...I have the 245/75/16s and don't know if that will affect the gas mileage, but after driving Suburbans for years w/ 40 gal. gas tanks, it won't matter! I sold the stock Dunlops for 100.00 smackers, and could have gotten more, but sold them to the first hand raised...when these wear out, I'll get some more if they do as well as I think they will...come to think of it, I need to get a spare...
