Would tires like these affect how well you drive on normal road conditions? Like summer in new england conditions

I've never spent a summer in New England, but I would imagine they're like summer anywhere else...dry. Because Duratrac's are geared towards poor road conditions, they are undoubtedly unneccessary for dry roads, but they certainly have no negative effect on normal driving conditions.

Sorry, tire size 285-75-16 so yeah, dont forget to use the ebates page, plus the $40 rebate, plus the 100 for treadlightly rebate!
    http://www.ebates.com/rf.do?referrer...dnyuoXSA%3D%3D

Using that site I got a 5% off coupon then 3.5% cash back! So less then $200 a tire! plus all the rebates!

Ok, this is how I got mine so cheap.

First sign up for these guys, its free. http://www.ebates.com/rf.do?referrerid=1mVVgchS/EnIUldnyuoXSA==

then go to their site and look up 4 wheel parts. then click on their link that says 5% off coupon code. that will give you the 5% plus the 3% cash back

Then sign up for the tread lightly guys. http://www.treadlightly.org/page.php/goodyear-rebate it will cost $25 but you will get 100 rebate. plus you can get the other GY rebate too.

So that would be 668 including shipping. but you would still have to get them mounted.

I hope you have a double cab truck, cause there is no way your balls would fit in a reg. cab! Screw that drive, looks fun, but I think I would have had a heart attack.

I have a 02 Prerunner and I'm looking at getting a set of these. I'm currently running the stock 265/70-16's, should I expect any rubbing from 265/75-16's? :/

    Recommendations?

This may be a stupid question, but can I run 265/75/16's on a stock 07 TRD OF DC without rubbing or lifting the truck? They don't make these in 265/70/16 that came with the truck.
