255/85 r 16 on stock rims??? - Tacoma World Forums

das56170 Member Joined: Nov 2007, #3643 Location: Midwest Age: 28 Gender: Male Posts: 97 2007 Tacoma Access Cab 4X4 SR5 2007 Access Cab Manual 4.0 Flowmaster cat-back exhaust, volant cold air intake, 3" lift with AAL, 285/75 r 16 pro comp xterrains, 1" differential drop, spare tire mod, hypertech in-line speedometer calibrator, debadged	255/85 r 16 on stock rims??? so I've realized that 285/75 r16 tires will be too wide for my stock 16X7 rims. Now i'm thinking about 255/85 r16 (after a 3" lift) They're 33.1" tall and about 10" wide. The BF Goodrich site says that they will fit on rims 6-8 inches wide. What do you guys think about this? Would I still need wheel spacers?
