I have a 5 lugger and apparently they dont make metal the same as they used to and the lug nut was on stupid tight. Well i tried to get it off to paint my wheels and well i succeeded....but the bot came off with it. I searched everywhere on how to find it but i dont know what to do. is it safe to drive with only 4?

You should be fine temporaily with 4 lugs. Any auto store will have the right stud. Knock the old one out, and put the new one in. I think there is a thread on here, telling how.

^ all those guys are 100% correct. When I was working as a tire tech we had to fix broken studs a couple time or so a month.
