Can i run 15" rims on my 2001 4x4?

    Homemade front bumper, homemade rock sliders, 17" trd wheels with General Grabber AT2, homemade rear bike rack and lights.
    my truck has 16 inch rims right now, can i run 15 inch with no clearance issues on the rear drums or front brakes?
