Long and skinny of it is my buddy whos helping me has a friend with a set of 35's that he wants to sell for >500 total. I am looking hard at them for a nice interim tire while I get the money for some MTs or something similar. Project Kristen is going to be an overland vehicle, no crazy wheeling or high speed runs in its future. I saw on TTORA that some guys are running them, I ordered some spidertrax spacers this morning and am starting to look for some larger fender flares.

I'm running 35x12.50x17's on an OME 3" as mentioned. I love the look but I did have to do my share of cutting to make them work. I would recommend getting a set of All Pro fiberglass front fenders to run them without cutting into the factory fenders and flares as I did. The AP fenders are on my mod list.

Not true, with the right amount of work, they run just fine. In the rear I did no mods to my previous setup and have no rubbing at all, and just cutting in the front.:

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
all i did was trim the flares slightly at the cab, chopped the body mount, and i need to go back in and trim the inner fender at the cab and knock back the pinch weld. i rub it when hitting bumps w/ speed and the wheel turned over.

    oh...and mine's not OME, but 3" regardless
