After searching and searching, finally bit the bullet and got some new wheels. Pro Comp 7032 in flat black. 16x8 4.5 inch backspace, 0 offset. New Pro Comps that are made to clear our Tacoma brake calipers.

Pictures are just after installation. I am running the stock 265/70/16 BFG rugged trails that I had reversed to have the black walls instead of the white letters (hence , the dirty tires).

The wheels were $128.99 each. With new lugnuts, removing old tires, remounting the old tires to the new wheels and re instaling the TPMS sensors along with Texas tax,,,, total was $700

They look really good on your truck! Now I need to check out ProComp for a polished version. I noticed your comments about clearing the brake calipers, makes me nervous about the Procomp 1028/7028. Maybe this is why I can't find any pictures or get any responses about these wheels - maybe they don't fit. Maybe they don't have the slight offset in the design that accomodates the calipers.

Talked to Procomp and they didn't know about the bore. My wheel guy said he thought the bore was 108 - 110 and that if there was a problem with mounting them lug centricly that he could get them bored larger and use a custom spacer - scary! Nobody has any pictures of the 1028 on a Tacoma. What diameter is the center bore of your wheels?

I've decided on these wheels for my truck, just curious, has anyone ran 285's on them? I'm running a 2" OME lift. With the 4.5 backspacing they should be fine without spacers, right?
