Would my offset stay the same then. I believe the stock ones are 0 offset?

I'm a nueb with the whole wheel setup thing.

The offset and backspacing of the wheel itsself doesn't really change. It's more like the "apparent offset" or "apparent backspacing".

Here's a handy chart that converts backspacing to offset. (1/3rd down the page)

https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html

With the spidertrax pushing your 7"(?) width rims out to 4.25" BS, your offset would be +6mm.

If the stock wheels are 7" wide and 5.5" BS, they would be +38 mm offset.
