265/75/R16 on stock suspension? snug?

I wont to get rid of my Ruggedsnails and get a decent all terrain tire. How well does a 265/75 fit on a stock suspension 4x4 Tacoma with no lift?

I had a bfg TA/KO 265/75/16 on my stock steelies, no rubbing.

Funny though, as I now have 265/75/16 Duratracs on 16x8 Moto Metals, and there is slight scuffing with the front mudflaps when in the fully turned position. I guess it has to do with the different offset, as the Motos' offset are 0 mm compared to the Steelies 22 mm, which has them stick out more.

I just had some 265/75/R16 Bridgestone Dueler Revos 2s put on and they are great.
