How do you get tire stores to match prices online?

    never had a problem with tires. just had to tell them the online price. they would match with shipping included.


    however, for me, it's still better to buy from tire rack since i don't have to pay the 10.25% tax that i would if i bought local. plus tire rack has a bunch of manufactures that are giving out rebates of $40+

    so shipping was basically free after the rebate. had them mounted, balanced and the old ones disposed for $72 our the door. check tire rack for installers, look for the cheapest and take your tire rack reciept and a print out of the rate
