So i had my service done yesterday at the dealer and they rotated my tires, now i have a vibration in the 50 - 70 mph range that was not there before. could a rear tire have been out of balance and now that its on the front become noticable? the alignment is still fine, just a vibration i can both feel through the wheel and the seats.

Yep, it was out of balance when it was on the back and now that it's on the front you can feel it in the steering wheel.

vibrations at certain speeds indicates a balance issues are typically cyclic (vibrations at certain speeds but not at others). I would take it back and make them re-balance them.
