I am looking at getting Cooper Discoverer St tires. Been hunting for a week now. I know load range c is a 6 ply and standard load is 4 ply. I want the tires for good traction on snow and rain and for their aggressive looks. I will not be doing any off road. Any reason not to get the standard 4 ply tire?

Nope. I put E load on my T100 to be safer out in the stobs and brush and mud for hauling firewood and the heavier weight killed mpgs. For a Taco, especially as daily driver, my C Duratracs have been perfect even with some occasional hauling and light wheelin. No saggy sidewall either.

Thanks Airun, I am looking at the Duratracs also. I saw the Cooper 4 plys for $120. I want the c load, but am trying to find out if I am ok with the 4 ply standard
