Quick answer: most people with a 3" lift run 285/75R16 or 285/70R17. which is roughly a 33x11.0 inch tire. Even then they typically trim plastic and some chop the body mount and hammer the pinch weld.

Expect more rubbing and or more trimming with the 12.5 inch tire. And you'll need a higher negative offset (got that? -- less backspacing for a given wheel width) for the 12.5 not to rub the upper-control-arm.

EDIT - also, you don't tell us if you're first gen or second gen tacoma. Answer I gave is for second gen. (2005-2011)

Quick answer: NO, not without rubbing like crazy.

wheel spacer or top plate or preload spacer. Either way its going to rub but you can easily trim to fit at least the fender, the cab chop is a little more hard.

You will need to chop the cab mount for sure. After that they will fit fine.
