Fuel "Hostage" center caps - Quality?

    Icon Coilovers, Downsouth UCAs, rear Icon "2.5" shocks and Toytec single AAL. Still gotta do exhaust, dark headlights and re-gear the rear diff.
    Was wondering if anyone has seen or own these wheels, and can describe to me the center caps?

    Are they the "cheap" push-on type? Or are the small bolts you see in pics real? Are they the cheapo plastic that you see on all the XD wheels -- paper thin plastic with cheapo coating? etc etc

    Im thinking of buying the wheels but wondered if the caps were 10cent garbage.
