what size tires for the trail

    i got a 3 inch lift coming for my truck and getting ready to order tires. what size tires should i put on it that will look good and do good on the trail without rubbing or loosing a tun of power.

    I got 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers and they look plenty big enough with that size lift. That's your best bet for gas mileage & good performance off road IMO. Power loss is minimal if any at all.

    OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
    Not really... 285s look perfect when running A 3" lift IMO... I'm glad I went with 285s instead of 265s.

    285's do look good, no dispute there. 265's would work just fine though, and will NOT look to small, and in your case with the 2.7, would make even more sense.
