wheel size question

    Flyzeye led...led liscence plate lights...thats it so far
    just picked up some 285/75/16 all terrains for 500 bucks...couldnt pass the deal....i have the toytec lift with billies set at 0....
    will these wheels fit without many issues....im not doing any wheeling
    and i have searched but all these posts are confusing and contradicting..

    16x8 pro comp 152.....4.25 back space with -6mm center

    i am lifted 2.5 all around..im just worried about the rim size...backspacing
