wheel problem

    i have a 2007 access cab....stock ride height....bought a set of new 18x9 XD Monsters with 265/60/18 michelins from a local guy.....i was told the rims were -12mm offset which would be a 4.5" BS.....well i just got around to putting them on my truck and decided to measure them real quick.....found out its actually a 6.38" BS with a +35mm offset.....how screwed am i?

    well I took them to a shop n had them mount em up to see if spacers would even work....they mounted up just fine n still had about .25" of clearance

    Did they put the truck back the ground, and did you turn the wheel to full lock?

    Yup and drove it the 36miles to work....no rubbing at all....

    I don't see how it's possible because I have 5.4" bs, 18x9 wheels and I sure don't have 1" to spare between the tire and uca. I'd just keep an eye on it.

    Well idk....but from feeling with my hand it's about the same clearance as my stock 17x7.5 with 265/65/17
