Rim and Tire match advice? Suggestion?

Ok so the plan is as follows and I am looking for suggestions on tire brand/size but am pretty firm on rim and rim specs.

Wheel: Pro-Comp 7032 17 x 9 with 4.75 backspacing and -6mm offset.
Potential tire: Kelly Safari TSR 285/70/17

I have a 2011 TRD Sport and will be installing Bilstein 5100's all around with fronts set at 2.5" and with the rear lifted 1" via AAL on TSB leaf pack.

Chime in with potential issues or with better combinations as per your opinion.

Trimming and a possible cab mount chop.

 

Hmm...figures. Trying to stay away from body mods and chopping. Maybe I'll come up with a another plan (smaller tire).

 

Potential issues with 275/70R17? Other than finding a tire a in that size...

 

I have almost the same setup with 4.5 BS and zero offset. Only minor trimming on the plastic in the front of the wheel wells and a very small piece of the inside corner of the hard plastic part of the lower front bumper that wraps around back towards the wheel.
