Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
IF i was to guess, Id say he has 5100s at 1 inch to level the truck out more. And has 265/75 Tires. The tires don't look wide enough to be a 285/75. and doesn't have enough clearance either.

I would say it's at 1.75" in the front with 265/70/17s.

From an appearance standpoint.... what is the difference between 265/75/17 & 265/70/17?

The 265/75's would have a slightly larger sidewall, so the tire would be slightly larger. But, most tire brands don't make a 265/75/17.

    Does a 265/70/16 appear wider than a 265/75/16 ?

Not wider, but a bit bigger in general. Since they're both 265's, the will look the same width.

They're exactly the same width. The 265/75 has a higher sidewall.
