I do not know very much at all about rims and different offsets and what not but I do know that if I want to run 285's i need a rim with 4.5 inch off set. My question is will my stock tires fit on rims with a 4.5 inch off set?

yes, but you may have minimal rubbing as some guy with 451 Moto metal did. The stock 265/75/16s will fit on a 16 inch rim with 4.5in backspacing.

    Yes

stock tires are 265/70 16 or 245/75 16. Stock offset is 5.5" you wont rub with a 4.5" backspacing
