    just wondering if it is normal for the x-runner to not have speed governor, mine does not have one. i was on private property when i took the truck to 120 mph with foot to floor, it kept going faster tell the needle went past the odometer and touched the 0. let off pedel then stoped and changed shorts.:D

    well then they must have forgot to program it in mine, it never shuts off unless i hit rev limiter.

    well it wont go any faster with rev limiter/ no bought new had 4 miles on it, have not done anything to ecu

    no im first owner only bad if u get pulled over.which wont be a problem if you only drive that fast on private road like your local race track

    3 inch suspension lift, night shades corner and blinkers projector headlights with halos and 3 led's 18 inch kmc xd rockstar wheels,275/65/18 kelly safari tsr's, bush whacker fender flares 7 inch touch screen, 2 kenwood 12's, Magnaflow exaust single in dual out,
    it does shut off, at about 130 or so. which is close to redline in 6th.

    I have intake, exhaust, and its chipped.

    Edit: I still have yet to hit the damn rev limiter in 6th gear too

    130 might for later yrs mine went well past that speed, still say the speed governor must not work on mine or i couldnt have made the speedo do a 360
