320 degrees for 6 minutes is toooooooo much lol, if i was going to try it again i'd say 230 degrees for 5 minutes and repeat til the lense comes off...i have HID projectors coming now so i wont be trying this mod again, just a heads up and a warning to all those who want to try it

Did you do this with the oven on or off. I did the mod, preheating the oven, then shutting it off before I put the headlamp in

when i did mine i lined a box with aluminum foil cut a small hole in the side then stuck a hair dryer in it, defently much safer
