Good pics and post. Just pulled the fan motor assembly on my 2011 Taco and cleaned the motor windings, bearings, housing and relubed everything. What a mess, motor dust caked up every where. Instead of grease or oil I used an anti seize lubricant like you use on bolts. It's impregnated with graphite and is very thick. So far it's doing the trick...no more ticking noise and the fan seems to be spinning faster and putting out more air flow. Took less than an hour thanks to your thread and pictures. Thanks.
