You Know , with happy rails you can take a 1/2 X 3 1/2 " carrage bolt and slide its head into the groove of the happy rail.
then put a 1/2 zink fender washer and a 1/2 stop nut and screw it down tight (or a regular loc washer followed by a regular nut) then you can scre a second stop nut down to about 1 1/2 inch.
do this twice and then you can slip the new studs through the holes on your hi lift jack.
follow that up with another lock washer and a 1/2 wing nut to tighten the entire rig up.
then you can use a master lock in the hole just downstream of the wing nut and you are locked and loaded.

I could've done that, but at the time I had a hard tonneau cover and it wouldn't have closed over the jack. Thus the drop brackets.
