When I was in the Army I was in CEDEC (combat development expermtination center). On the side of the rifel their was a switch that you could put it in automatic or singel shot. Had lots of trouble with it and went on to develope the Mi5 then M16 Wish I could get a working M1 grand. Of all the ones we tested that was the most trouble free and accurate. eromas@aol.com
