based on the way he's driving i would guess that its a replacement fender to replace one that got smashed while airborn and hasn't been painted yet. cool picture!

actually, they are fiberglass fenders to help with clearance when hitting the whoops and jumps out in the desert...
my stock fenders are still intact and in storage in case I ever decide to take my truck back to stock...
