    @cjsqueeky install video

    Install notes to stress:
    1. Do not forget to grease the hub roller bearings.
    2. Keep the wheel bearing magnetic ring and the ABS sensor, located in the steering knuckle bore, clean and free of grease.
    3. Tap the adapter into the steering knuckle and then install the seal, to minimize risk of damaging seal.
    4. When installing the Aisin free wheel hubs, do not forget to install the bolt-with-washer into the end of the CV stubs before reinstalling the dial covers.

    Can you post of picture of all of the parts that are included? It would also be nice to see what they look like new and unassembled. Thanks

    I have parts on order with Toyota Parts now, when they arrive I will assemble and post pics.
    The kit will include everything you need, minus the hubs and attaching washers/nuts.

    Very cool concept for sure. My only concern would be this; The CV axle sandwiches the bearing together between the outer cv and the axle nut/washer. Without the that sandwiching affect in place, the bearing will eventually come apart. What is applying that sandwiching affect in this setup? Without it I can just picture a lot of pre mature wheel bearing failures

    There IS a nut holding the hub/bearing assembly together.

    i assume if you use a 1st gen hub there is thread just like the 2nd gen prerunner hub. then you will just use the same style nut and torgue it down. this is the easy part.

    my question is are you affiliated with the guy from Hawaii that did this conversion and milled the shafts down to accept 1st gen outers? or did you just rebuild the outer and use the 2nd gen spline piece... name escapes me lol

    I am not affiliated with anyone.
    These are not reworked, they are manufactured to my design.
    Your splines are unchanged, retaining their strength.
