Turned out very nice. Did you ever figure out the clearances with the flippac and why yours wasn't fitting compared to other I sent over?

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Try your hand at a coiled sand mat. Something like a linked bulldozer tread.

Fuel can holders. Make it so they can be daisy-chained. Like take the AT one, remove one side, extend the rear and front faces so as to provide enough meat for a bolt or something. Maybe make a keyed engagement. First can holder is fully enclosed (full AT style), each additional one mounts to the side of it, so that the two share a common wall. Or front-to-back, instead of side-to-side.

Come up with a compartmentalized box for recovery gear. Military ammunition box style, divided up for individual storage of tree strap, winch extension strap, snatch strap, tow strap, snatch block, gloves, shackles (shackles can be on a hook, peg, piece of pipe, etc.), etc. If you make it strong enough, or maybe wedge-shaped, it can also be used as a wheel chock.

Modular fit-to-rack boxes. Assorted sizes, designed to fit jigsaw-style. Fills the rack, or precisely half the rack.

And I call discount pricing on these if you develop them!! :D

I haven't posted an installed picture on here yet of my CabRac but it's great and I love it! The standard bars aren't bad but not the best. It works for me because I don't carry anything on top often and when I do, it isn't very heavy.. yet. I'll be upgrading to HD in the future for sure. Amazing product by far though!

I have the standard 6 which I regret but should work for now just fine. I noticed your idea with that piece on top and I will give it a try at some point but I will definitely get more bars if not a full rack of HD bars soon.

I'll just leave this here. Love mine so far. Probably add more bars in the future.

The white taco above looks to have a Safari snorkel, and I'm running the Airflow.

Just wanted to show off an option for those with the Prinsu rack. SWR at 1.0 on every channel and no hole in my roof!
