    Too dark, I'll take some tomorrow. I used Krylon for plastic....then testors for the V6 in red...

    Kind of reminds me of one of my VW engines:

    No clear coat, it's goin under the hood....actually I was just bored, I'm actually surprised it came out that well. Patience is not a trait of mine

    Once again that looks amazing. Can you or anyone else breefly explain the process?
    -what did you do to prepare it?
    -did you use primer?
    -did you paint the center part black?
    -did you use clear coat?

    Again, no clear coat was used. I bought some textured Krylon for plastic in black, taped what I wanted covered with 3m tape.
