Ok im wondering about an issue with my new and 3rd Tacoma- its 2013 and I bought it with a few extras but notice on freeway it has some bump steer issue that feels like the front wheel is gonna fall off wobbly crap when I hit a bump- that's kind of exaggerated but regardless it feels less than ideal. I'm not 4 wheel expert but looks like it has a 3" lift, has 17 nitto terras, and for some reason looks like stock shocks? so any help would be appreciated! first prolly how to determine exactly what kind of lift is on it (where to look) and I'm thinking these tires/wheels are a tad too much- any advice..thnnx...Other than that it's a beautiful truck!

If you don't have aftermarket control arms and running a lift like that then you don't have enough caster. I would install UCA's that are made to add caster so you can get a good alignment.

Sounds like caster wobble. Get it realigned and you may need to get new UCAs if they can't get enough adjustment in with the stockers. If it's caster wobble what's happening is similar to a bad front wheel on a shopping carriage where the wheel is wobbling around. Usually driven by hitting a bump and putting the front end into oscillation. This is typically a problem on solid axle 4x4s but can be an issue on poorly aligned independent front ends. You need to get it fixed, if it's really bad you can loose control and bounce off of the road. I've experienced it first hand on my old non-Toyota full size PU. No Bueno...

    Need more details.
You mention 17" wheels but you don't tell us the tire size.
You tell us you think it has 3" lift...What makes you think that? Take some photos so we can see the lift (front coils, rear leafs, etc)

You mentioned you keep the tires at 60 PSI. That sounds extremely high.
Have you performed a Chalk Test to verify you are running proper pressure?

Have you checked your lug nuts? Are they torqued properly?

You have a 2013 truck and its probably still under factory warranty. I would take the truck to the dealership and see if you can get an allignment under warranty.
