    ~180psi iirc, all its doing is pushing the ifp back against the fluid in there to keep it from cavitating. at least that's what i run

    Hey guys, I believe someone posted in here about this tool for cutting tubing so it will fit up against another piece. You know if you were to make a cage or a bed rack. It basically cut a half circle out of the end of the tube. I don't know what to call it or where to get it. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

    You can also use an online coping calculator and print out the template. Use your grinder or bandsaw to cut off the excess.

    I only recently bought a notcher that I have never even used yet.

    So you just cut an angle into it instead of a rounded notch?

    Correct. Cut two straight lines at the appropriate angle and you're done.

    Nothing fits like a properly notched tube though. No use in buying a notcher if you're doing a few notches here and there however. I like mine, but I'm building an abrasive notcher. No more hole saws.

    Abrasive notchers are great in theory but man do they eat up expensive sanding belts.

    I loose patience when using a chop saw for notches. So I picked up a cheap notcher from harbor freight. It needed some fine tuning because it did't cut center. Just a couple of shims and it worked good. But it works fine for what I need it for.

    Ditched my Deaver F67 and went with a Deaver E30 pack. It's stink bug for now without my two spares. I have to redo my upper shock mounts due to the shocks hitting the gas tank at full drop. It will be bumped and strapped at 17". I could only pull 15" with my F67s.
