Once the cable connects to the truck open the immobilizer ECU

    Then select utilities

    Select add key

    Follow the onscreen directions.

I had to do it a couple times because the steps come up quickly

Yup it's pretty easy. It's just the installation of the program is a pain in the ass. Not sure of the "newest" version that they sent with that cable, but mine had me working to get it running...but not bad to pay 25 instead of 100 for dealership coding.

Thinking of quitting my regular job and expanding my custom key business. I might leave California to the Houston area.

I'm tired of dealing with too many crazy people at my regular job. I enjoy tweaking around with electronics. I think I can make it a great career move in Texas. Dirt cheap there compared to where I currently reside.

I can imagine. But safer to sell keys, too. ;)

    Wish you luck, bro.

Whoa! I'm not saying don't do it, but you're gonna have quite a culture shock, I suspect. Going from left-wing San Fran to right-wing Houston is quite a shift. Austin might be a bit less dramatic in that respect, but it will still be a big change.

Good luck to you whatever you decide!

Just received my new all in one flip key from neneago and i have to say i couldn't be happier! The key arrived very fast, is a great quality and was no problem at have programmed at a local locksmith. The locksmith even complimented on how great of a quality the key was compared to other custom flip keys he has done for similar applications. He had the key cut and programmed to my truck within 10 minutes.

thanks again neneago!! very happy customer and i highly recommend his products!!

Just found this thread, and have a question. Sorry if its answered in the last 37 pages... didnt read through them all.

    FLIP GQ43VT20T 3BT "G" CHIP
    FLIP GQ43VT20T 4BT "G" CHIP

What is the difference between 3bt and 4bt? Tried searching online and didnt find anything.

And also, do we send a picture of the key when ordering to have it pre-cut or how is that done?
