The wheels i like are the Eagle 023, 17x9, 4.75 BS and -5 offset. But tire shop says it will rub on stock UCA's coz of the -5 offset. Is this true? I have a 3" lift. Thanks for the help

I think they'll be fine. I have 4.5" of bs with 3" of lift an my 265-70-17s clear the uca by a mile, but they run like crazy on the rear portion of the fender

Sorry, they are not black . . . yeah, I'm an old fart! But, I like 'em.

Slightly taller tires would be an improvement I think but I had these 255/60/18 Nitto Terras just sitting in the garage.

I really like them so far, only have about 7000 miles on them. Super smooth on the highway. I've done everything with them mud, rocks, snow, highway. Not the greatest in 2wd on hard snow or ice but I really don't think any tire would be. Just have to see how they perform when they start to wear.

    Thanks for the compliments.

I am looking forward to some slightly taller and less rock throwing tires though. Lived in town and had these Nitto Terras on my Cayenne for playing in the mountains and for winter. Now they performed great but we just moved back out in the country on gravel and up a 1/4 mile chat lane and these are the rock throwin'est MFs I've ever owned [throwin'est = new word?]. I know how it bums me when someone busts my windshield. I'm about 12 miles out of town and I'm still chuckin' rocks 1/2 way there. :(

Going back over this thread . . . holy crap there is some serious tire porn on a lot of these trucks! I can almost hear the H/W drone just sittin' here in the man cave . . .
