    My buddy had a maroon truck like that stolen from his work a few months ago. It was parked in a gated parking lot for staff at Paradise Valley Hospital. Still missing too.

    The old toyota pickups are awesome trucks that never die if you keep changing their oil but its a shame to see how many get stolen. Its probably in mexico already, and its a real shame because his gramps just gave him the truck less than 2 months ago

    Super easy to steal too, im sure it became a parts donor to a different truck by the border and ditched.

    Pisses me off when anything like this happens but you can only do so much to stop it.

    on my old 89 pickup it was attempted to be stolen twice but they couldn't get it started.. lol

    I had a push button ignition hidden cause i had a ghost in the system that would not let it start with the key 75% of the time.

    People suck, had another buddy get his pickup stolen at blacks about a month ago as well. Guess La Jolla is a hot spot for toyota pickups to get stolen.

    Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
    The cost of the alarm would cost as much as the truck. Cheaper just to wire a hidden start switch and most of all, not leave costly items in the vehicle. More or less surprised they didn't steal the cat off the exhaust.. guess that time came and went.
