    I switch my schedule on my weekends so I can spend time with my bf..I go to sleep around 7am on weekdays and get up around 3-4pm..then on saturday morning I just take a short nap and try to sleep saturday night and get up sunday morning with the bf and sleep sunday night, but it doesn't work so well for me...so I sleep all day monday to get back on my work schedule. :eek:

    haha when i first got put on this shift...i was told to try and keep the schedule as close as possible on my off days and it makes it a lot easier
