    check both fuses, there is one for turn and one for hazards I believe (I was testing LEDs and kept blowing the signal fuse which also cut the hazards)

    I've been noticing a chirping/buzzing at around 2-2.5k rpms. only when Im stepping on the gas pedal.. Any ideas? I have a 3rz.

    It was pretty easy...and I don't know much about this stuff. The hard part was figuring out which of the three wires going into the high beam was the correct one. I'm going to get a test light after this time. I thought I had it figured out and spliced into the wrong wire the first time...and the second time. Finally got it on the third wire...after that there are no more wires to choose from.

    That'd work too. I didn't even think of it that way. See...I told you I don't know much about this stuff. I already had the lights wired to a switch for about a year. The wires go right past the back of the head light. It seemed like a fairly straight forward approach at the time. Now I just gotta get some lights that are actually bright.
