I've used my EB for about a half tank and 1-2 MPG increase is conceivable. Throttle response is better and acceleration is smoother making shifting a better experience. I don't notice HP gains.

It is going to be damn near impossible to get accurate results and most of us are going about it wrong. First, you can't change ANYTHING else, to include your driving style. Checking mileage after changing tire size half way through provides no useful info. Secondly, as previously stated, this is the wrong time of year to test this because of the varying weather. IAT can significantly change mileage. Third, one would need to fill up from the same gas station over multiple tanks because different stations may have varying levels of ethanol blend. Also, the "I am making a long road trip, Ill put it in half way through and check mileage" theory is flawed because the terrain will certainly change on a multi-tank road trip. Lastly, See the first issue...when we install the eco block, we are thinking about mileage more and are almost certain to alter driving habits to some extent. Super difficult to get scientifically accurate results in real world driving conditions. I would still like to see some dyno results, but I am curious as to how the computer doesn't just eventually trim the lean(er) condition back out. I feel like it is entirely possible to get a short term increase in mileage that will later fall back to "normal" as the computer catches on to the lean condition. I hate to be a naysayer, and if it weren't for having to alter the engine cover, I might even be a big enough of a sucker to blow $50.

wait.. you have a SAS'd 2nd gen... yet the thought of altering your engine cover is stopping you from trying it.. ok.

Varying weather? Ha Not here in Florida. Also I do fill up at the same gas station and keep the same driving habits.

I can tell you this, I have never gotten over 20.4 mpg ever. I am averaging 21.4 right now. My average with summer blend is mid 19s.

Different trucks. The SAS truck is no more. I didn't update my profile when I got my '15 DCSB.

Awesome. That's encouraging. How many miles has it been installed?

    Quirt,
Question for you, I see the Subaru 2012 forester listed, is the 2013 not available or is it the same? My wife has a 2013 forester with the standard, non-turbo 2.5L engine.

Shouldn't matter to the guys with tons of mileage logs. It'll average out.

Correct, the fitment is the same all the way to 15 on almost all models. Q2 is what all 08 and up 2.5L subarus use. The new 2.0 turbo FA DIT motors use Q3 which is on my daily driver.

And why I won't post any results until I get a few thousand miles with it.

It will but, many have already been posting results within a tank or two.

Yet, still worth mentioning when someone posts increases after a tank as the weather warms and blends are changing.

Seems to do okay when towing. The 12.9 was when I towed a friends Cressida on a uhaul car hauler. The 14.3 was the tank when I installed the eco block but I used a/c more than usual. Haven't really gotten a normal tank out of it yet.

Agreed! I'm still in the mindset that there's 0 results shown so far. A few tanks doesn't matter along with adding this and tires, intakes, etc all at the same time.

I went back 11 months worth (when I jumped to 35's) and got those averaged as a baseline to compare to.
