Any welders/fabricators on here that are willing to do side jobs? I've got a friend who's got a c10 and f100 that both need c-notches in the frame so he can bag/drop them..

Brandon at Avid would be worth a call as well. Let me know if you would like to talk to him.

The guy asked for good welder/ fabrication so why wouldn't I recommend Avid?

My sister in law is stationed in Phoenix, gives wife an excuse to see her, and me and excuse to play in dirt.

There is always dirt near by..

I'm in cali and most of the guys have to drive 2 hours for some good dirt. I'm about 30 to 40 from it in AZ

Tucson auctually isn't hat bad, I enjoyed most of my time there and wouldn't mind living there but career opportunities are few and far between at a major corporate level unless you're military (which I see you are) or work at Raytheon. Obviously there's more to it than that, but those are just the 2 major areas. It's a little weird, big city with small college town feel but there's plenty to do and most everything including Phoenix can be driven to in a couple hours.

And you think you have it good haha, I can drive in any direction from work and be in dirt in less than 4 miles, then drive to Glamis and never leave dirt. It's all relative.

Nothing on the site but yes, he does 1st gen builds. There was an RTT setup for a 1st gen being built when I was in there last week getting my sliders welded on.

Just email Avid. From what I have read here on Tacoworld, they might get back to you about it.
