    Exactly.

Alright lets clear some things up here:facepalm:

Since you ever so kindly named yourself after something I said in here, Ill address it directly. Asking us to slow down in itself is totally fine and respectable. BUT future reference, before you all open your mouth and ask us to slow down, you might want to check with all your members first. I can recall at least 4 vehicles dusting me out as they drove by rather quickly, looking pissed and not waving back since we took the big camp. Sorry for being quick to judge, but as a University funded program/club, I expected better. Oh and next time there are vehicles traveling through your camp, be sure to tell your members to remove their equipment from the middle of the road so we can continue on

I did not attend the 2013 trip (3/22 -3/24), but as for last year, the dates were 3/7 - 3/9. With that being said, your statement saying you guys go on the same date since 2006 is WRONG  Just in case you still don't see what I'm talking about, 2013-Second to last weekend, 2014- First weekend, and this year is the Last weekend. Once again, think twice before you make a statement. There was a discussion in here before this year's dates which were decided based on everyone's schedule, and we never intended to be out there with another group.

Now that we are clear, yes I do agree from now on we should coordinate. I also agree first come first serve for campsites, but if I show up with 3 members to the Big Site and only 1 of you guys are trying to hold it down, good luck keeping me out :D. Sharing campsites or getting along with your group will only work so as we are clear, TacomaWorld members are not restricted to the laws or rules of Wildcat Offroad Club. We are a rowdy bunch looking for a good time. There is no set time for bed or "quiet time" so if you can't handle that, you should consider moving or rescheduling.

I couldn't have said it better buddy. Don't forget last year it took them 15 minutes to collect their dogs that were running in the road and we stopped to let them collect them.

I was wrong with the date comment, should have added roughly. Sorry buddy. My point was that we have been going for a long time but the last 3 years we have clashed- I just wanted to find a solution to that.

On that note, I don't speak for our entire club. As you don't for yours.

You have no idea how rowdy we are. We had 2 separate camps, one stayed up till sun up drinking and being retarded.

Look, we don't have to get along. But fighting over the internet is really dumb. Lets hash this out in person- no camping together singing koombyaye, beers or not; in person is due. We've already met you in person once (myself and you personally for one)...

I am an older alumni member, I was just trying to help both clubs get along. We apparently don't think highly of each other- and that's fine. But the fact remains 3 years of clashing. Lets just work together enough so that doesn't happen again and lets put safety as priority #1 (on both ends).

Lastly, I've seen too many trails closed over the last 15 years wheeling. Do you really think that fighting amongst peers (and odly similar clubs I might add) is the way to help that? Aravaipa creek is a wilderness area and it would take the flick of a wrist to get it all closed. Don't believe it? Look at Florence.

Often times it's spurred on by a complaint- example (from any club, ours yours etc) going fast through other camps of random people- that can be a problem for everyone. I'm speaking of someone none of us know complaining...

We offered to be friendly, if they arent willing to meet and share then its pretty simple, if we get the campsite first its ours, if they get the campsite first its theirs. There is no fight, if the spot is taken we can be adults and camp in another spot. Its not a big deal and no reason to complain about it, there is plenty of open area for everyone to be able to have fun, that is why we all love AZ so much

How bout we drop the whole thing and just work on a contingency plan, another site just in case. Always good to have a backup plan, right? :)

I'm thinking About taking Thursday off work and heading into the canyon to scout other locations. Also looking for sites up around the ghosttown.

Then, I'll probably come out through Safford and Globe on Thursday night and camp near mammoth so I can meet up with the 4wd group on Friday.

    Any takers to accompany me?

Also, how many people are thinking about bailing after this fiasco??..

I know of a great place with plenty of room, but it's up on Pinal Peak.

By changing the location, we mean to a different camp stop, not a different county...

Pinal Peak is on Pinal Mountain. I don't know if the mountain is in Gila or Pinal County. I think it's Gila. Pinal Mountain is 7500ft in elevation and is next to Globe. Turkey Creek I believe is in Grahm County, so it technically would be a different county.

I am merely througing out ideas.
